Since that time, Sue has been responsible for the strategy and direction of RMD’s clients. Today, she works closely with brands such as ParmCrisps, THINSTERS, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Southern Recipe Small Batch, Buckeye Vodka and more to develop new strategies that better connect the brand to consumers, and consumers to the brand.

Before founding Officium, Edgar practiced employment law for nine years, including co-managing his own law firm. Edgar has developed a wide knowledge base to assist a client in making competent human resources decisions or to guide a client in enhancing their personal brand. Edgar’s experiences have given him a perspective on how addressing a client’s needs involves using holistic, creative, and reasoned approaches.
Kathryne Carter is the owner of Grace And Virtue Events, a wedding and event planning company based in Silver Spring, MD. She planned her mother and stepfather’s wedding in 2009 - which was her first wedding. Her business name is based on a scripture given to her by her mother. Kathryne is passionate about the event planning process, being creative, working with couples & small businesses and developing business relationships with other vendors. She is a board member of the Association of Wedding Professionals of Greater Washington, DC. She has been featured on the Hue I Do Wedding Podcast and her styled shoots have been featured in the online blogs United With Love and Storyboard Wedding.
Shane Daley has nearly two decades experience as a web developer, with a focus on search optimization and online marketing. He is a partner of Daley Professional Web Solutions and OnlineCandidate.com, which provides political campaign website solutions. He developed the Online Candidate content management system and is the author of the book, Running For Office As An Online Candidate.
Earl T. Murray III is the President & CEO of The Entrepreneur’s Accountants. The firm provides training and financial consulting services to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profits. Throughout his career, he has managed the financial operation of companies up to $5 Million in Gross Revenue Annually and has secured over $4M in funding for small businesses and non-profit organizations through contracts, grants, and individual giving. He has earned a Master of Arts in Financial Planning & Law from Regent University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.
Shona is a Christian, philanthropic certified public accountant, evolved to an entrepreneur, real estate investor, wife and mom. Her passion is using her gifts to help individuals and business owners accelerate their financial mindset and business goals. She has worked for the top Public Accounting firms in corporate America, with nonprofits, for herself and also coached many people in starting their own entrepreneurship journeys. I am currently the founder and owner of a financial coaching and CPA firm and will be launching a Financial Mindset Bootcamp, tax strategy eBooks and a host of other products in the near future.
Calista Redmond is the CEO of RISC-V International with a mission to expand and engage RISC-V stakeholders, compel industry adoption, and increase visibility and opportunity for RISC-V within and beyond RISC-V International. Prior to RISC-V International, Calista held a variety of roles at IBM, including Vice President of IBM Z Ecosystem where she led strategic relationships across software vendors, system integrators, business partners, developer communities, and broader engagement across the industry. Prior to IBM, she was an entrepreneur in four successful start-ups in the IT industry. Calista holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Northwestern University.
