Sara Abate Rez is the Branding and Commucations Director at Ambience Design Group and the Founder of My Personal Brand and the Work/Life Balance project. Sara is passionate about design, communication, laughter and people. Her Bachelor of Design degree and 15 years working as a brand strategist and designer for various brands has led her to where she is today. She currently runs an interior design blog and creates DIY design solutions through AmbienceExpress.com. She writes for her personal blog on branding and work/life balance and works with entrepreneurs who wish to build their personal brands online so they can create a business and life they love.

Justin Nabity is the founder and CEO of Physicians Thrive, an advisory group helping physicians make more, manage and protect their finances. As a wealth management advisor from a family of doctors, he launched his business by traveling to medical schools nationwide to educate physicians about their unique financial, legal, and business needs. In 2016, Justin co-founded the non-profit Give Sight Global, which sponsors cataract surgeries, glasses, and other forms of eye care all over the world. After volunteering in the Navajo Nation and Tanzania, Justin and his business partner were inspired to donate a portion of their business profits to fund vision care in underserved communities, and Give Sight Global was born.

NoMan Hat Co. was founded by Raymond Metzger and Philip McNair after the two had a vision of expressing their creativity and love of art in the form of hat making. The two trained under a highly-skilled milliner in New York City before launching the company in October 2019. By trade, Ray is a Physical Therapist and Phil is an Engineer. The two are both close friends and brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Stephen Deason is Founder and CEO of The OPARasa Group, a Social Enterprise building worth in Recovery. Mr. Deason was previously CEO of GRYYT, a Socially Conscious MarTech firm, and has held C-level positions in three other technology companies. Stephen is an active volunteer who serves as a director on three nonprofit boards and on the advisory boards of two startup technology firms. Mr. Deason holds both an MBA and an MSc. in Accounting from Emory University, a BSc. in Mathematics from UAB, and is ABD-PhD in Business, also from Emory University’s Laney Graduate School.
