Prior to owning a Sandler Training Center, he was a professor and director at Loyola Marymount University, where he focused on leadership development. Mike is a passionate leader that is dedicated to collaborating with professionals to build a systemic and sustainable culture for business growth.
Chandler Sterling founded the California Beard Company in 2016. A cartographer by training but a lover of beards by birth he became frustrated by the cosmetics industry after searching for a high-quality natural beard oil. Fed up with being unable to find a suitable beard oil, and being a DIYer at heart, he set out to create his own recipe that would meet his high standards. The goal was to create something simple, only containing materials that came from the earth, that could mimic a product from the era before cosmetics were synthesized and contained potentially harmful chemicals. The result of this experiment led to California Beard Company’s Original Beard Oil recipe. After months of serious use, he realized that this product needed to be shared with the world, and it’s been a wild ride ever since.

She is the Founder of Women Of Integrity Inc., Men Of Integrity Inc., and Co-founder of Nurses Of Integrity. She's an award winning Empowerment Leader and Public Speaker. She is also the Best Selling Author of Destined For Greatness. Shantay is a proud member of the NAACP, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, The Nassau County Medical Reserve Corp., The NY Chapter of the American Nurses Association, and the Greater NYC Black Nurses Association. We’re Chris and Julia Tunstall, a husband-and-wife team who love the service industry and are dedicated to treating all of our customers like they are our family. Inspired by Chris’ decade of experience as a bartender and bar manager, we created A Bar Above as a bar education site in 2013, growing over the years to add online training, a podcast, and a unique line of premium barware designed entirely by us. We’re dedicated to growing a team of people in Carlsbad, California who love craft cocktails and the beverage/service industry as much as we do! Together, we continue to develop and personally test our custom line of bar tools so we can bring the best barware to our customers. In addition, we are looking to expand our mixology course offerings in 2022.
