Tara is Founder and Chairwoman of Impact Profit, which is a nonprofit dedicated to making entrepreneurship more accessible to Black Founders. Tara has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over a decade and founded Impact Profit to use her skillset to do some good in the world. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her Masters in Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University. She's a New Jersey native, but currently resides in Washington, DC.

Tony Jefferson is the founder of TravelingSession.com. Tony's love for travel came from serving most of his 21 year US Air Force career outside of the United States. He has lived in 3 different countries outside of the US and visited more than 30. He started Traveling Session to encourage people to get out and see the world, by making travel recommendations a little more personal.

Tom Spiggle is author of the book “You’re Pregnant?
