Nataliya Kalava is a finance professional with approximately ten years of professional experience in financial services industry including: business valuation, public accounting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Nataliya is the founder and owner of Araliya Valuation Consulting, AVC - a business valuation consulting firm. Nataliya performs valuation analyses for both individuals and corporate entities including for M&A, gift and estate tax planning purposes, financial reporting, transaction support and litigation. Prior to AVC, Nataliya worked at Equinix Inc., Humana Inc., BDO LLP, Sigma Valuation Consulting Inc. and PwC. Nataliya earned a Master of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management.

Nicole is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Wellness Influencer, and Entrepreneur. At the age of 25, she left her corporate job as an engineer and set out on a mission to create a life that set her soul on fire. She teaches others how to become their healthiest, happiest, most authentic selves through private and small group coaching. She also helps other wellness entrepreneurs grow profitable, passionate, authentic businesses that allow them to live more joy-filled lives.

Noelle McKenzie is the CEO and co-founder of Leading Edge Personal Trainers. Her own experience in rising from being the underdog to a collegiate track and field Division 1 athlete has given her the wisdom to help people tap into their limitless potential through a mind and body approach to fitness. Noelle helps clients embody fitness as a lifestyle transcending all areas of their life and not a means to an end. In 10 years she along with the help of her husband and business partner have built a network of 60 + clients both locally in NYC and online who despite having overly demanding careers and schedules have been able to master the balancing act of adhering to a consistent health regimen. This in turn has reshaped how they view themselves, enabling them to step into their true power and become the best version of themselves.
