Elevation Cakes & Sweets is a woman owned home bakery that specializes in buttercream cakes and sweet treats. Alicia's journey started from learning basic cooking skills from her paternal grandmother, who would bake family favorites every week just to put a smile on their faces. Her grandmother was the first one to nurture her love for baking by sending her cookbooks to help her develop baking skills. This lead to Alicia embarking in a career in the foodservice industry working for a premier baking company in their logistics area, then moving on to Marketing, and lastly branching out on her own.

Adam Povlitz began his journey at Anago when he was 26. Looking to make a real impact in his professional life instead of just being a spoke in the corporate wheel, he decided to join his father in building what is now known today as one of the largest commercial cleaning companies in the nation, Anago Cleaning Systems (Anago). In 2015, Adam was promoted to President of Anago and oversees every aspect of the company including operations, finance, and the marketing programs designed to attract Master and Unit Franchisees. Previously, Adam served as the Growth Initiatives and Expense Analyst for the North American Sales & Distribution division of IBM Corporation. He holds an MBA from the University of Miami and earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Nova Southeastern University. He is a Certified Franchise Executive and an ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standards Expert.
Amy is the co-founder of Inbound Back Office, back-office support for marketing agencies. She comes from a long background of working in the corporate world as an administrative assistant in many different industries. IBO started as a freelance side hustle, but it grew so fast, that she decided joined forces with Michael Reynolds, former marketing agency owner, so they could manage it together. Today IBO is a 57-employee, fully-remote, booming business. Amy resides in Pennsylvania with her amazing husband and a handful of kids and dogs.
Alex Jarbo is a short-term rental developer and manager. He was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. He served in the Marine Corps for 4 ½ years where he was stationed in Washington DC apart of the Marine Corps Honor Guard. He left the Marine Corps at 22 years old to pursue his career as a real estate professional. He is the founder and CEO of Sargon Investments and he has a goal of developing 650 cabins in the next 3 years. Alex holds a MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development and is currently finishing a Doctorate in Business with a concentration in Leadership.
