Jack and Jeff co-founded a company called High Return Real Estate- specializing in turn-key investments and are the hosts of The High Return Real Estate Show. They personally have a large property portfolio producing outstanding monthly cash flow returns. In addition to real estate investing both Jack and Jeff have thriving multi-million dollar businesses. Jack operates a 10mm nutrition consulting and distribution company and Jeff a private consulting practice helping people realize their full potential in all aspects of life. Between them they have incredible experience and entrepreneurial stories.
John brings over 20 years of management and operations experience working across multiple industries, starting in sports from his time as an intern for the National Basketball Association (NBA), to eventually leading the Salt Lake Organizing Committee of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games as an Operations Manager. Prior to joining RedPeg as President, John held senior level positions focused on ensuring company productivity and operations management, fostering client relationships and business development for agencies such as Momentum Worldwide and Ignition, Inc. (now known as Havas Sports & Entertainment USA). John has worked with dozens of award-winning brands throughout his career, most notably Nike, ESPN, Harley Davidson, Coca-Cola, AT&T, and Delta Airlines. As RedPeg’s President, John guides the company’s growth through account oversight, business development, team management, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife Kate, and chasing after their three busy teenagers. When they’re not running to lacrosse or basketball practices, you can find them boating or indulging in family game nights.
Dr. Jon Thompson, Founder and CEO of extraktLAB, is a separation scientist, inventor, and entrepreneur. He received his Doctor of Chemistry degree in 2001 from the University of Minnesota and has since has worked on everything from secret projects with NASA to helping companies enter the medical cannabis market. His company helps people find success in the business of pharmaceutical grade botanical extraction and refinement. Dr. Jon guides his businesses through ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) policies and believes we all deserve a sustainable future.
Joel Poznansky was excited to come to business school in the USA from England, more excited to marry, have 3 wonderful children who make fun of his accent and pursue an entrepreneurial career, primarily in publishing, and finally, most excited - and most recently- to become a grandfather and, too late for his own children's direct benefit, help a friend bring his very successful British toy retailer, Wicked Uncle, to the USA.
Janaka is the founder and the CEO of Tastefinder. Janaka holds bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in Technology Management from George Mason University. He is project manager working as an independent project management consultant to the US government. He is a former restaurant owner and an avid foodie.
Jamie Kolnick is a writer, mama, musician, philanthropist and the founder/CEO of the nationwide children’s music company, “Jam with Jamie" which offers parties, classes, events, and education to ages 3 months- 10 years of age. Jamie is currently writing a comedic coming of age memoir about loss and lives in Miami with her husband, two boys, Zach and Evan and has a little girl on the way.
Jennifer Hancock is a mom, author of The Bully Vaccine, and founder of Humanist Learning Systems. Her professional background is varied including stints in both the for profit and non-profit sectors. She has served as Director of Volunteer Services for the Los Angeles SPCA, sold international franchise licenses for a biotech firm, was the Manager of Acquisition Group Information for a ½ billion dollar company and served as the executive director for the Humanists of Florida. Her speaking and teaching business coalesced into the founding of Humanist Learning Systems which provides online personal and professional development training in humanistic business management and science based harassment training that actually works.
JeNay Silva Founder of HERCOLLECTIVE Sole is opening up more conversations in the wellness community in a different way through sneakers. Her mission is to cultivate a community for women in kicks by pushing impactful information to become knowledgeable about footcare. She has a acrynom she lives by for herself but for the brand called AIM (Authenitic, Impatful, Mindsetfree). There’s a new part of the sneaker industry as she calls it “Sneaker Wellness”.
