Erin started her career in television and worked for NBC in New York and was a producer on The Oprah Show. After Oprah's show ended she went back to school to become a therapist. She now has a private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she specializes in Leadership Stress, Anxiety & Depression in high functioning professionals, Transition to Parenting & Maternal Mental Health. Erin holds a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and is a fully licensed clinician (LMSW). Her unique background as a journalist, TV producer and social worker allows her to bring a blend of creativity, evidence-based training and passion to her work in wellbeing in the workplace.

Erin currently serves as a Maryland Governor appointed Commissioner for the Governor’s Office on Service & Volunteerism and Steering Committee Member for the Million Women Mentor Maryland Initiative. Erin has been awarded the Business Leadership Woman of Impact Award from the Southern Maryland Women’s League and the Lifetime Legacy Leader Award from the Carolyn E Parker Foundation. Erin received her BA in Economics & Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Eric served as a CEO-partner with Ascent Ventures, as executive chairman of HubCast, and on the board of advisers of the Avedis Zildjian Company. His nonprofit work includes chairing the Gettysburg Foundation and the New England Historic Genealogical Society. He is co-author of "Food Foolish: The Hidden Connection Between Food Waste, Hunger, and Climate Change," and "King Philip's War: The History and Legacy of America's Forgotten Conflict," and author of "Weathermakers to the World." Eric is a graduate of Brown University and the Harvard Business School.
