Anthony Winston III, P.E. is originally from the Southside of Chicago and earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Emphasis in Power Transmission and Distribution at the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. Right after graduating, Anthony worked in government defense design test systems for missile, radar systems and arrestment/launch systems for aircraft on Navy ships. After getting his Professional Engineering license, Anthony decided to go out on his own and start Winston Engineering LLC to allow him to work in construction and spend more time with his family. The company has just over 300 clients in 4.5 years and provides HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering for residential and commercial buildings.
Avishek has been heading product and growth teams for the last 3 years. He has driven significant growth for the last 2 products he has managed. He has experience in various industries like e-commerce, SAAS, BFSI, and more. He had co-founded 2 ventures a few years back, one was India's one of the first organic apparel brand called "Indophile" and later rebranded to "Organic Threadz" and the other was an incentive-based video advertising app called Earnbud. He also manages a content platform on ideation and leadership called Idea Toasters.

Alex Jarbo is a short-term rental developer and manager. He was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. He served in the Marine Corps for 4 ½ years where he was stationed in Washington DC apart of the Marine Corps Honor Guard. He left the Marine Corps at 22 years old to pursue his career as a real estate professional. He is the founder and CEO of Sargon Investments and he has a goal of developing 650 cabins in the next 3 years. Alex holds a MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development and is currently finishing a Doctorate in Business with a concentration in Leadership. He is the host of the YouTube Channel Alex Builds where he teaches the ins and out of short-term development and management.
