She comes from a long background of working in the corporate world as an administrative assistant in many different industries. IBO started as a freelance side hustle, but it grew so fast, that she decided joined forces with Michael Reynolds, former marketing agency owner, so they could manage it together. Today IBO is a 57-employee, fully-remote, booming business. Amy resides in Pennsylvania with her amazing husband and a handful of kids and dogs.
