I AM CEO PODCAST

IAM1556 – Founder and Researcher Improves the Human Condition with Scalar Energy

Podcast Interview with Tom Paladino

I theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy; and that the Sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points of origin, “the storehouses,” for scalar energy. I further theorized that scalar energy is instructive energy, as the entire universe is instructed by this Divine Essence. Subsequently, all spiritual, cognitive, emotional, and physical action in the universe is initiated and maintained by scalar energy instructions. Scalar energy provides order in the universe. Subsequently, I have engineered and perfected scalar energy instruments that control the molecular bonds of matter.

  • CEO Story: Tom wanted to make a difference in the world. What can we do to improve the world? What talent can we bring forth to improve the human condition? He believes that scalar energy is one of the great advances of scientific progress. We will see how this technology is about to change the world.
  • Business Service: Control constructive energy to scalar energy. Scalar carries intelligence
  • Secret Sauce: Developed scalar energy instruments that control the scalar energy spectrum which can kill or break down a germ or a microbe.
  • CEO Hack: Prayer. Goals and isolates himself to concentrate on research.
  • CEO Nugget: Don’t waste your life doing something you are unhappy. Do what your heart is telling you.
  • CEO Defined: Responsibility. You have to be a leader, empower and encourage people.

Do you want to learn effective ways to build relationships, generate sales, and grow your business from successful entrepreneurs, startups, and CEOs without listening to a long, long, long interview? If so, you've come to the right place. Gresham Harkless values your time and is ready to share with you precisely the information you're in search of. This is the I AM CEO Podcast.

00:52 – Gresham Harkless

Hello, this is Gresh from the I Am CEO podcast. I have a very special guest on the show today. I have Tom Palladino of scarlight.com Tom, excited to have you on the show.

01:02 – Tom Paladino

Thank you, sir.

01:04 – Gresham Harkless

Yes, excited to have you on, and before we jump into the interview, I want to read a little bit more about Tom so you can hear about some of those awesome things. Tom theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy and that the sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points of origin, the storehouses for scalar energy.

He further theorized that scalar energy is instructive energy as the entire universe is instructed by this divine essence, and subsequently, all spiritual, cognitive, emotional, and physical action in the universe is initiated and maintained by scalar energy instructions. Scalar energy provides order in the universe and subsequently, he has engineered and perfected scalar energy instruments that control the molecule bonds of matter. Tom, excited again to have you on the show. Are you ready to speak to the I AM CEO community?

[restrict paid=”true”]

[00:01:52.14] – Tom Paladino

I thank you for the invite and I think your audience is going to find this very intriguing. Thank you, sir.

01:57- Gresham Harkless

Absolutely. Intriguing is what we all are all about. So before I guess we get into the intriguingness of everything that you do, I want us to rewind the clock, and hear a little bit more on how you got started, what I call your CEO story.

[00:02:08.21] – Tom Paladino

I wanted to make a difference in the world, like many people in your audience. What can we do to improve the role? What talent can we bring forth to improve the human condition? Well, I believe this technology, scalar energy, c, what some people call Tesla technology, is one of the great advances of scientific progress. I think the rural dimension will embrace this and we'll see how this new technology is about to change the world.

02:42- Gresham Harkless

Nice. I absolutely love that. Especially like I always say, of course, it's important to know the how of these things and our products and services and things that we provide. But even more so, I think it's more important to know the why. I love how you talked about making a difference and being able to kind of see, like, the talents, the gifts, the expertise, the knowledge that we have are things that we can use to be able to make that impact.

03:05 – Tom Paladino

Yeah, exactly. We're going to speak about technology, and I think all of you will see the merit of where we're going with this.

03:12 – Gresham Harkless

Yeah, absolutely. So let's drill down a little bit more here, a little bit more about that technology, how you're making that impact, how you're serving the clients you work with.

03:20 – Tom Paladino

Well, I'm not working with electricity. I'm working with a different energy spectrum. Tesla was the first man to harness scalar energy. He called it radiant energy. Now, this is. This serves as the instructions. If you can imagine, energy-carrying instruction will embody instructions.

That's what radiant energy or scalar energy is. It's the consciousness of the universe, so it's the intelligence of the universe. So if you can control the consciousness of the universe, you can do anything with that instruction. It's instructive energy. If you control constructive energy through scalar energy, you can then, if you will, instruct the universe.

04:01 – Gresham Harkless

Nice. When you say control constructive energy, could you break that down a little bit more? Give us something tangible that we can kind of understand a little bit more.

04:07 – Tom Paladino

Sure. If electricity carries a movement of electrons, scalar energy carries intelligence. There's a big difference. I'd much rather use a carrier wave of intelligence consciousness than a carrier wave of electrons. So what Tessa discovered and what I have rediscovered, scalar energy controls everything, including physical matter. Tessa was able to actually create physical matter or break apart physical matter with instructions. So this is not a chemical process. This is not radiation. You don't have to split the atom. You don't need a centrifuge. You simply need instructions. Scatter energy. Instructions to master molecular forms.

04:53 – Gresham Harkless

Nice and when you say instructions that could be. Is that something more complex than what I'm thinking, or is it just as matter as just saying X, Y, and Z or A, B, and C that I want?

05:04 – Tom Paladino

Exactly. It's that simple. Because it's a primal force. When you're working at the. If you will, at the. At the basement level of creation, at the primal force level, everything is simple because this primal force, scalar energy, controls everything. So you don't have to go through an intermediary, scalar energy is the direct cause of fashioning assembling matter.

Solar energy will assemble all life forms, all planets, and all minerals. Or you could reverse that energy and you could disassemble a pathogen or you could disassemble a pollutant. So this is a very, very powerful instrument that I work with and it is capable of carrying the instructions of the universe.

05:52 – Gresham Harkless

Nice, I appreciate you breaking that down and just letting us know about the technology and then the power behind the technology. So how exactly do you, I guess harness this technology or harness, maybe even the technology is a better way to say it so that you can help make that impact?

06:07- Tom Paladino

Yeah, I copied Tesla and another man by the name of Hieronymus. I work with a brilliant engineer and we have developed scalar energy instruments that control this energy spectrum. It's the spectrum or the dimension of intelligence, or once again consciousness. So I can instruct my instrument to look at a virus and tell the virus to break apart.

With light it's simple, it's painless, it's easy and it's not a chemical process, it's a scalar light action, it's not electromagnetic action. So imagine what I'm saying to your audience. I have the easy way now with light, the safe, effective way to take a germ, a microbe, break it apart, the microbe, the germ ceases to exist because we've negated its intelligence. There is no order, there is no, if you will, geometry. Left to a microbe, we shattered that geometry.

07:02- Gresham Harkless

Nice. That is obviously incredibly powerful and how has, I guess potentially affected or will potentially affect the business where the world is society as a whole like that.

07:13 – Tom Paladino

Yeah. So this is the game changer part. Now if a scatter energy instrument can break down a germ, a microbe, imagine in the application how we could help millions of people. This is what I'm putting forth to your audience. A scalar energy instrument on an average day could work with half a million, a million people a day. It's quite exceptional what these instruments are capable of. Again, this is not electricity. So don't think of this as the electromagnetic spectrum. This is another type of energy, it does not behave like electricity. So this is a new branch of physics that you have to study.

07:50 Gresham Harkless

Interesting. So sounds like you carry the baton from Tesla and so many people have discovered that and be able to kind of see how that can be harnessed in today's terms.

08:00 – Tom Paladino

Yes, yeah, this, this is what Tesla put forward, but people just didn't quite understand it. Tesla was building a free energy tower in Long Island, New York. If you look at the photographs of that free energy tower, there were no wires, it was a wireless tower, there were no substations, and there was no armature. So you had to save yourself. What was he doing? He was capturing sun energy and star energy.

That's what my instruments are, they're miniature stars. Tesla had a miniature star. So this is the new branch of physics in which we don't have to rely upon a created fuel source, we don't have to drill for it, etc, we can just harness sunlight, and starlight. We don't have to create, we don't have to construct an energy generator. There is no power plant. We don't have to create a power plant. The power plants are the stars.

08:59- Gresham Harkless

Interesting. So I guess that from me and I'm just curious what you would consider to be your secret sauce. The thing you feel kind of sets you apart and makes you unique. But I almost believe that the word that comes to mind is very disruptive that the technology, the awareness of it, and how it kind of sounds like it takes away some of the power from I guess the institutionalized, maybe organizations. I feel like that might be part of the secret sauce.

09:27 – Tom Paladino

You're right, that's part of it. I forecast that this technology, the ability to destroy and eradicate a microbe, will severely impact the pharmaceutical industry. So if you want to call that disruptive, fine. Progress marches on. We need a better way and we always embrace technology that's better. So what am I saying? This technology is better. Scalar energy technology is better than anything we have. So why don't we look for a better way of doing things?

[00:09:57.05] – Gresham Harkless

Yeah, absolutely. I think we've seen that in so many different aspects that you can't, I think in the long game stand in the way of progress. When you have those instrumental things that are happening that can disrupt and change, but you have that progress that's happening, why do you feel like there hasn't been, I guess, as much awareness around scalar energy and the power that it has and the impact that it could have within business and life.

10:24 – Tom Paladino

I think the only answer is it's suppressed.

10:27- Gresham Harkless

So I wanted to switch gears a little bit and I wanted to ask you for what I call a CEO hack. So this could be like an app or book or a habit that you have. But what's something that makes you more effective and efficient?

10:39 – Tom Paladino

Every morning I start my morning off with prayer and then I have goals and I try to concentrate on research in the morning when my mind is fresh. Later in the day I'll answer emails or attend a house event, if you will, housekeeping. So I pray I have goals, I set myself apart, I research, I isolate myself in the morning. Later in the day, if I need to take a phone call, I'll do so. If you do that on a religious basis, has a cumulative effect, and over months, over years, that cumulative effect is quite telling.

[00:11:18.36] – Gresham Harkless

Yeah, absolutely. There's so much power from it. People think of sometimes doing whatever it is that you want to do. As you said, the research or whatever it is one time, but it really is the compounding effect of doing it consistently over and over again on a regular basis that really helps people to, I think, reach that success.

[00:11:38.12] – Tom Paladino

Thank you. There has to be a system in your life. If you keep it simple and then you follow it, you follow your system, whatever your system is, it will pay off.

11:48- Gresham Harkless

Yeah, absolutely. I think it speaks tremendously to so many times we get caught up in, I guess, the things that we're doing rather than the consistency of the things that we're doing, kind of leading to our success.

12:01 – Tom Paladino

Yeah, we are what our habits have built. Good habit or bad habit that leads to the final equation.

12:09 – Gresham Harkless

Yeah, absolutely. I love that. So what would you consider to be what I like to call a CEO nugget? So this is a little bit more word of wisdom or a piece of advice. It's something I say you might tell your younger business self if you were to hop into a time machine or potentially your favorite client.

12:23 – Tom Paladino

You have to do in life what you're happy. Don't waste your life working for somebody pursuing a career or doing something that you're unhappy with because you'll be unhappy. So you can't necessarily follow the crowd. Do what your heart is telling you.

12:38 – Gresham Harkless

Yeah.

12:38 – Tom Paladino

You still have to work a 9 to 5 job, but if you really have an avocation, then pursue that. Be a happy person. You're made in God's glory and God has a specific plan for you. Follow that.

[00:12:50.44] – Gresham Harkless

Absolutely. I love what you said because I so often say if you run your own race, you can't lose. I love what you said. You're made in God's glory and to pursue that because I think so many times we can get caught in doing somebody else's race. Or somebody else's thing. We were made in a unique way, in a special way for us to pursue those gifts that we have in order to have them magnify themselves in the world.

13:11 – Tom Paladino

Yeah, very good. So this is always. Be positive, people. The glass is always half full. Don't. Don't concentrate on the negative of the world. There's too much negativity out there. Look at the negative. Be realistic, be objective, but then work for a better world. Don't get sucked down in that negativity.

13:30 – Gresham Harkless

Yeah, absolutely. Because it can be very apparent and of course, it can start to drown. You can lose the essence of who you are and as you said, so. Well, what we were kind of put here to do.

13:40 – Tom Paladino

Yeah, thank you.

13:42 – Gresham Harkless

Absolutely. So now I want to ask you my absolute favorite question, which is the definition of what it means to be a CEO and we're hoping our different, quote-unquote, CEOs on the show. So, Tom, what does being a CEO mean?

[00:13:52.05] – Tom Paladino

I am the CEO of Gaylor Light and what does that mean? It's responsibility. You can't let this go to your head. I know some people are influenced by money, power, and reputation. That's really not important. You have a mission, you have to be humble and you have to take your leadership role. You have to be a leader and you empower people around you and you lift people up and you have. If you're a really good CEO, you're going to encourage people, you're going to bring people along, you're not going to berate people, you're not going to put them down. So the real geniuses out there, the real CEOs know how to be leaders. They're real leaders.

14:30 – Gresham Harkless

Yeah, I absolutely love that perspective, the definition, obviously the word responsibility, because so many times we don't realize the impact of the responsibility and things that you can do as a leader. It's not just sometimes, making the bottom line or making sure this project gets done at this deadline and so many things like that. But when you're working with and you're leading and you're having an impact on people, they're humans and you have an impact on them, their lives, their kids, and so on and so forth. It just really reverberates.

14:59 – Tom Paladino

Yes, it does. It ripples. The pond. The pond will ripple when you throw a stone in. That's what I'm looking for. The multiplier effect.

15:09 – Gresham Harkless

Absolutely. Well, Tom, truly appreciate that definition, of course, I appreciate your time even more. So what I wanted to do now is bash with the mic, so to speak, just to see if there's anything additional that you can let our readers and listeners know and of course, how best people can get hold of you.

15:23 – Tom Paladino

Yeah, I believe in proving myself. So my website has 15 days of free sessions. Anybody in the world can email us a photograph and when you do so, we will work with you on a daily basis. It's free of charge. There's no obligation. You're just going to submit your photograph for quantum healing, an energetic, if you will, bilocated healing. By way of your photograph. The website is scalar light scalar scalarlight.com avail yourselves of the free session.

15:55 – Gresham Harkless

Absolutely, truly appreciate that time. To make it even easier, we're going to have the links and information in the show notes too, just so that everybody can follow up with you. But again, I love everything that you're doing. I love how we kind of even talked about running your own race and staying true to yourself. But I think it's so important to do that because you can have an impact that goes beyond ourselves, beyond sometimes even our families. That pond ripples and becomes an ocean and a river and so on and so forth. So thank you so much for doing that again and I hope you have a phenomenal rest of the day.

12:23 - Tom Paladino

You have to do in life what you're happy. Don't waste your life working for somebody pursuing a career or doing something that you're unhappy with because you'll be unhappy. So you can't necessarily follow the crowd. Do what your heart is telling you.

12:38 - Gresham Harkless

Yeah.

12:38 - Tom Paladino

You still have to work a 9 to 5 job, but if you really have an avocation, then pursue that. Be a happy person. You're made in God's glory and God has a specific plan for you. Follow that.

[00:12:50.44] - Gresham Harkless

13:11 - Tom Paladino

Yeah, very good. So this is always. Be positive, people. The glass is always half full. Don't. Don't concentrate on the negative of the world. There's too much negativity out there. Look at the negative. Be realistic, be objective, but then work for a better world. Don't get sucked down in that negativity.

13:30 - Gresham Harkless

Yeah, absolutely. Because it can be very apparent and of course, it can start to drown. You can lose the essence of who you are and as you said, so. Well, what we were kind of put here to do.

13:40 - Tom Paladino

Yeah, thank you.

13:42 - Gresham Harkless

Absolutely. So now I want to ask you my absolute favorite question, which is the definition of what it means to be a CEO and we're hoping our different, quote-unquote, CEOs on the show. So, Tom, what does being a CEO mean?

[00:13:52.05] - Tom Paladino

I am the CEO of Gaylor Light and what does that mean? It's responsibility. You can't let this go to your head. I know some people are influenced by money, power, and reputation. That's really not important. You have a mission, you have to be humble and you have to take your leadership role. You have to be a leader and you empower people around you and you lift people up and you have. If you're a really good CEO, you're going to encourage people, you're going to bring people along, you're not going to berate people, you're not going to put them down. So the real geniuses out there, the real CEOs know how to be leaders. They're real leaders.

14:30 - Gresham Harkless

Yeah, I absolutely love that perspective, the definition, obviously the word responsibility, because so many times we don't realize the impact of the responsibility and things that you can do as a leader. It's not just sometimes, making the bottom line or making sure this project gets done at this deadline and so many things like that. But when you're working with and you're leading and you're having an impact on people, they're humans and you have an impact on them, their lives, their kids, and so on and so forth. It just really reverberates.

14:59 - Tom Paladino

Yes, it does. It ripples. The pond. The pond will ripple when you throw a stone in. That's what I'm looking for. The multiplier effect.

15:09 - Gresham Harkless

Absolutely. Well, Tom, truly appreciate that definition, of course, I appreciate your time even more. So what I wanted to do now is bash with the mic, so to speak, just to see if there's anything additional that you can let our readers and listeners know and of course, how best people can get hold of you.

15:23 - Tom Paladino

Yeah, I believe in proving myself. So my website has 15 days of free sessions. Anybody in the world can email us a photograph and when you do so, we will work with you on a daily basis. It's free of charge. There's no obligation. You're just going to submit your photograph for quantum healing, an energetic, if you will, bilocated healing. By way of your photograph. The website is scalar light scalar scalarlight.com avail yourselves of the free session.

15:55 - Gresham Harkless

Absolutely, truly appreciate that time. To make it even easier, we're going to have the links and information in the show notes too, just so that everybody can follow up with you. But again, I love everything that you're doing. I love how we kind of even talked about running your own race and staying true to yourself. But I think it's so important to do that because you can have an impact that goes beyond ourselves, beyond sometimes even our families. That pond ripples and becomes an ocean and a river and so on and so forth. So thank you so much for doing that again and I hope you have a phenomenal rest of the day.

16:23 - Tom Paladino

Thank you, sir.
