Christine Searle, owner of Searle Business Solutions, LLC, is a financial control expert with more than 30 years of experience helping businesses and non-profits understand and get control over their finances and taxes. She provides tax preparation and planning services and financial process consulting. Christine is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified in Risk Management Assurance, and an Enrolled Agent. She also volunteers with and supports several Arlington-based social safety net nonprofits.

Adam is the CEO of Web Deals Direct Amazon store. Web Deals Direct was founded in 2015. The company’s top brands included Spacesaver, Flexi Hose, Zap It! and Grillman, as well as two dozen smaller brands.. In 2020 Web Deals Direct had online sales of approximately 80 million dollars. Web Deals Direct was sold to Perch in May 2021. Prior to selling on Amazon, Amazon was CEO of a digital marketing agency and a senior manager at IT consulting firm Accenture. Adam graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with a degree in economics.

Having lost her sister to suicide at the age of 18 and seeing women struggle with the confidence to unleash their potential throughout her life, completely flipped Sonia's world upside down. She wanted to know, what is it exactly hat makes people genuinely happy, successful and creatively fulfilled? Why do some people struggle while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances?

Nikki started her fashion career shortly after graduating from the general fine arts undergrad program. She debuted her senior collection in DC fashion week then went on to New York, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks in 2017. She began her residency with the DC Fashion Foundation in the same year in which she had a studio inside the Macy’s at metro center. There she was able to cultivate and grow her fashion company. She then went on to later participate in Feeric Fashion Week in Sibiu, Romania and London fashion week. She now has dedicated her business solely to creating masks during the pandemic. She plans on re-launching her brand in Feb 2021 to include women’s clothing, accessories and masks.
