Anthony Winston III, P.E. is originally from the Southside of Chicago and earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Emphasis in Power Transmission and Distribution at the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. Right after graduating, Anthony worked in government defense design test systems for missile, radar systems and arrestment/launch systems for aircraft on Navy ships. After getting his Professional Engineering license, Anthony decided to go out on his own and start Winston Engineering LLC to allow him to work in construction and spend more time with his family. The company has just over 300 clients in 4.5 years and provides HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering for residential and commercial buildings.

Adrián has spent the past two decades bringing together academic experts across all subjects, with the leading technologists and learning scientists to build the most innovative micro-learning platform with the sole purpose to eliminate the most common educational barriers and make education accessible.
ANGELA MINARDI FOUNDER, FIT CITY ADVENTURES As a marketing and digital consultant with more than 15 years in corporate marketing and digital health, Angela has traveled the world working for some of the biggest companies and truly understands what it means to provide high-class service in a personalized way. She founded Fit City Adventures in 2018 to cultivate and inspire meaningful human connections why giving back to the community through corporate team building and wellness. She is passionate about sharing these unique experiences with an active twist to connect teams in a healthy way.
Aliza Sherman is a web pioneer who founded the first woman-owned Internet company, Cybergrrl, Inc., and the first organization for women to learn about the Internet in the 90s, Webgrrls International. She is the author of 12 books including Cannabis and CBD for Health and Wellness: An Essential Guide for Using Nature’s Medicine to Relieve Stress, Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Inflammation, and More, The Happy, Healthy Nonprofit and Social Media Engagement for Dummies. Her work has been featured in USA Today, Newsweek, Time, CNN, CNBC and MSNBC, and she has presented at the BlogHer Annual Conference, SXSW Interactive and SXSW Cannabusiness Tracks, Women Grow Leadership Summit, and The Women's Economic Forum.
Amber Duggan is the Executive Director of We the Dogs Inc, which is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that was formed by five women from the DC area. We the Dogs has teams in Washington DC and New York City, and their mission is to connect dog owners and advocates so that they can work together to raise donations for animal rescue organizations in the community.
Alex Rabens is CEO and Co-Founder of Mickey, a commoditech company focused on modernizing global trade by making it easier for small to midsize suppliers to export products globally. He, along with co-founder Jesse Solomon, set out to launch a platform with the goal of wiping out the global trade crisis. Today, Mickey is modernizing the way raw materials and commodities are sourced and exported out of the United States. In his role, Alex is helping to grow the future of Mickey with fundraising, recruiting top talent in the industry, and overseeing the operations of the company.
Prior to co-founding Mickey, Alex served as Vice President at Endeavor, building media properties with companies such as Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, and Paramount Pictures. In this role, Alex was responsible for the build-out of Endeavor Content Live, the organization’s live production arm founded in 2018.
