Kat Arias is a Venezuelan born dancer who came to the United States at the age of six. Kat created the Ferocity Dance Company in May of 2012, where she is currently the Owner and Managing Director. Ferocity houses multiple bachata focused competitive and performing teams, and has won various accolades throughout the years. Her vision was to have a company where anyone who wanted to be family, could be.
Kathryne Carter is the owner of Grace And Virtue Events, a wedding and event planning company based in Silver Spring, MD. She planned her mother and stepfather’s wedding in 2009 - which was her first wedding. Her business name is based on a scripture given to her by her mother. Kathryne is passionate about the event planning process, being creative, working with couples & small businesses and developing business relationships with other vendors. She is a board member of the Association of Wedding Professionals of Greater Washington, DC.
