After college Sarah discovered yoga as a way to bring healing to herself and others. She explored different yoga specialties and trainings across the U.S. before settling on yoga and aerial yoga as part of her true calling. With over 8 years of traditional yoga, aerial yoga, and Thai massage experience under her belt in 2017 she opened Flying Buddha, a small aerial yoga home studio in Potomac, Maryland and grew her following through word of mouth. Sarah and this life changing practice quickly grew a community of passionate followers. Bolstered by this supportive community and her family, Sarah opened a full-blown commercial space in 2019. Today Flying Buddha Studio is a growing movement and wellness studio located in Gaithersburg, Maryland that includes the only aerial yoga, aerial arts, yoga rope wall, barre and soon to be bungee fitness programs in the area. Liz currently holds the position of CEO for three Valley organizations she founded with her parents and siblings: Senior Placement Services (SPS), an assistance program in Phoenix that provides housing resources for vulnerable veterans and homeless individuals who are unable to live independently due to medical or mental health conditions; Moses Behavioral Care (MBC), a mental health facility in Phoenix offering 24-hour, long-term care for the SMI population; and FreshStart, a health care staffing, recruiting, and training agency formed to meet the increased demand for highly qualified health care professionals. Liz is on the board of Valleywise Health Foundation and Dignity Health Hospital. She formed Valleywise’s program Emerging Leaders, which pairs diverse young professionals with executives for one-year mentorships, and she was handpicked to join the American Heart Association's committee, where she works to raise awareness and support AHA's life-changing breakthroughs. Agboola holds a masters in both Business and Education from Old Dominion University and she works diligently, with her family, to uphold mental health as a critical part of overall wellness.
