Professionally, she has decades of experience in communications, writing, research, digital marketing, and social media. She is a natural community organizer and integrator with a passion for connecting others. A self-described serial entrepreneur who started her own business at age 18, Lisa launched DCfempreneur to connect with other female entrepreneurs to help impact and grow their businesses to make them more purposeful, profitable and sustainable.

Jenevieve Lenz is a professional Entrepreneur Support & Wealth Advisor who wear's many hats. She is the third generation entrepreneur from a family of German, Scottish and Eastern European immigrants.

After pursuing photography as a hobby for many years, Jendayi was inspired to use her craft in a more meaningful way by officially starting Jendayi Asha Creative in 2010. Rita Kakati Shah is an award winning diversity, inclusion and career strategist, international speaker, and currently helms Uma - an International platform that empowers women looking to return to work, as well helps companies attract, retain and develop female talent in the workplace via diversity, inclusion and retention strategies. Rita started her career at Goldman Sachs in London where she was awarded the Excellence in Citizenship and Diversity Award during her 10 year career there. She is also a recipient of the King's College London Distinguished Alumni Award. Rita transitioned into the healthcare industry, relocated to New York City where she took an almost 4 year career hiatus to raise her two children and founded Uma in response to her personal journey. Rita is also a regularly invited speaker at various academic institutions, Fortune 500 companies as well as global diversity and inclusion forums, such as UNESCO in Paris, Woman Who Matters in Moscow, Women in Finance in London, Women in Politics in Los Angeles and High Water Women in New York.

Mike Newman is the CEO of Returnity Innovations, the pioneer in the elimination of single use shipping packaging. Mike has worked at the intersection of supply chain and sustainability for over 20 years. After directing the Sierra Club's political operations in 20 states, he received his MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. As Sales and Marketing Vice President for ReCellular, he built ewaste programs for Verizon, AT&T, Walmart, Best Buy and more, saving millions of used cell phones from landfills. Through his leadership at Returnity, reusable packaging will replace the use of over 1 million cardboard boxes and poly mailer bags in 2019.
