She holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Health Coach (HC) and Personal Trainer (CPT) certifications, along with both a bachelors and masters degree in the Coaching Education, exercise Physiology and Fitness Management.

Christopher J. Kidawski has been a strength and conditioning coach for the last 20 years training everyone from Navy SEALs, to Pro athletes and even your modern day housewives. Dubbed “The Body Architect”, he has a master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Hawai’i but has educated himself and become proficient in all aspects of heath and wellness. He lives and runs his business Influential Health Solutions in South Florida.
Chris Cade is the founder of The Miracles Store (www.themiracles.store), an inspirational online store where you can get uplifting shirts, hoodies, and coffee mugs with positive quotes on them. 10% of the profits help women and children rise up from domestic violence.
