After working with remote employees for over 10 years, Liam works on furthering outsourcing and is passionate about how to gain insights into the inner workings of how people work.

After over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Shane decided to use his passion for technology to improve healthcare operations and products. In 2018, he launched Hooray Health, an unconventional health insurance company that works hard to make healthcare coverage simple, accessible, and affordable.
Alex Rabens is CEO and Co-Founder of Mickey, a commoditech company focused on modernizing global trade by making it easier for small to midsize suppliers to export products globally. He, along with co-founder Jesse Solomon, set out to launch a platform with the goal of wiping out the global trade crisis. Today, Mickey is modernizing the way raw materials and commodities are sourced and exported out of the United States. In his role, Alex is helping to grow the future of Mickey with fundraising, recruiting top talent in the industry, and overseeing the operations of the company.
Prior to co-founding Mickey, Alex served as Vice President at Endeavor, building media properties with companies such as Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, and Paramount Pictures. In this role, Alex was responsible for the build-out of Endeavor Content Live, the organization’s live production arm founded in 2018.
Alex received his Bachelor of Arts in Ethnomusicology from UCLA.

Dorothy at Dorothy AB Johnson specializes in coaching single women between 25-30 who just went through a breakup from a financially stable relationship and now want to find financial stability on their own. She has her Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is certified Life Coach with The Life Coach School.
Erin Lewis is owner and risk advisor at one of the fastest growing personal lines insurance agencies in the country - Goosehead Insurance. She and her team help families protect and realize their dreams by utilizing unbiased risk management expertise to provide the right insurance coverage at a fair price. She is Founder of The Dream Queen Association & Foundation – an organization dedicated to creating a world where all women and girls have the knowledge and support they need to step into positions of leadership and bring their whole selves to impacting the world, making it a more positive, peaceful, and joyful place to live. Erin currently serves as a Maryland Governor appointed Commissioner for the Governor’s Office on Service & Volunteerism and Steering Committee Member for the Million Women Mentor Maryland Initiative. Erin has been awarded the Business Leadership Woman of Impact Award from the Southern Maryland Women’s League and the Lifetime Legacy Leader Award from the Carolyn E Parker Foundation. Erin received her BA in Economics & Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She is most proud to be the mom of an energetic, strong-willed 5 year old daughter, wife to her husband of 6 years, and step-mom to two athletic boys.

Ella Jesmajian, a New York native is the cofounder and photographer of Honey & Roses Coffee, an online coffee platform that “brings the best of the coffee shop to your door”. Partnering with 55 small batch roasters and dozens of bakers and chocolatiers, Honey & Roses Coffee prides itself on creating the ultimate at home coffee experience.
Brian's spent over 20 years working for 3 different Fortune 500 companies. During this time, he led teams in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Commodity Management, Operations, Marketing & Sales and conducted business in over 25 different countries. More recently, Brian founded MJ Strategic Group, a consulting firm partnering with companies to drive strategic focus in areas of Leadership, Sales & Marketing and People Resources. He had his team look to bring their experiences and expertise to clients to create a path to achieving their potential.
