Currently she’s the Founder and CEO of Justis Connection, an online platform promoting lawyers of color and engaging communities with greater legal resources. She has worked for federal, state and local governments as well as the nonprofit and private sector. Now she focuses on bridging the gap between the legal community and people of color where she believes lives one of one of the most fundamental elements of democracy- Access to Justice.
Erica N. Reed is a Psychotherapist and Corporate Trainer and her focus is on Leading From Within to Create Success in All Areas of Life. As a psychotherapist, Erica works with her clients to develop healthy mindsets and behaviors, resulting in higher levels of confidence, loving relationships and an overall feeling of personal fulfillment. Since the workplace has a huge impact on our overall mental health, Erica also provides corporate training to teach organizations how to focus on the human side of business. Jamie Kolnick is a writer, mama, musician, philanthropist and the founder/CEO of the nationwide children’s music company, “Jam with Jamie" which offers parties, classes, events, and education to ages 3 months- 10 years of age. Jamie is currently writing a comedic coming of age memoir about loss and lives in Miami with her husband, two boys, Zach and Evan and has a little girl on the way.

She litigated in the field of consumer advocacy before transitioning to a consulting career over eight years ago. She has won legal industry accolades including the President’s Award from the Houston Bar Association and has been selected as a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star. Her work has also been published in the Texas Bar Journal, Trial magazine, Forbes, and Legal Business World. Her consulting company has won the American Marketing Association Crystal Awards for Online Marketing in Google Analytics and for Print Collateral or Direct Marketing: Company or Organization Brochure. She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband, two teenage daughters, and two French bulldogs and eats a lot of popcorn.

Nikki started her fashion career shortly after graduating from the general fine arts undergrad program. She debuted her senior collection in DC fashion week then went on to New York, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks in 2017. She began her residency with the DC Fashion Foundation in the same year in which she had a studio inside the Macy’s at metro center. There she was able to cultivate and grow her fashion company. She then went on to later participate in Feeric Fashion Week in Sibiu, Romania and London fashion week. She now has dedicated her business solely to creating masks during the pandemic. She plans on re-launching her brand in Feb 2021 to include women’s clothing, accessories and masks.
