Kapri Robinson is DC's 2017 Cocktail Queen and has been a part of the beverage community in DC for almost a decade now. While spending her time being a bartender at Reliable Tavern she founded Chocolate City's Best, a platform to connect people of color to opportunities in the hospitality industry for their own career growth. Kapri has gone on to win cocktail competitions and has been acknowledged on multiple platforms. Kisha A. Brown, Esq. is a passionate civil rights attorney who has spoken at countless forums on police reform, civilian rights, anti-discrimination, ex-offenders and community empowerment. Currently she’s the Founder and CEO of Justis Connection, an online platform promoting lawyers of color and engaging communities with greater legal resources. She has worked for federal, state and local governments as well as the nonprofit and private sector.
