Dr. Thomas Schröck is a serial entrepreneur with a doctorate in Economics and a degree in Gemology. He is the founder and managing director of The Natural Gem which is a trader of naturally coloured gemstones, an NLP Master practitioner and is running a company called C10Plus Consulting, and in May 2021 he released the 3rd edition of his book "Investment in Gemstones" which is being translated for the english-speaking market. His companies are headquartered in Vienna, Austria, and due to his and TNG´s aspirations of informing the English speaking world about the benefits of gemstone investment we are hoping that a podcast appearance would help expanding TNG´s brand.

T.W. Shannon is an accomplished leader with diverse experience in business, public service and community engagement. Today he leads one of the most unique banks in the country. As the CEO of Chickasaw Community Bank based in Oklahoma City, he leads a remarkably successful enterprise that is wholly owned by the Chickasaw Nation. Under Shannon’s leadership, Chickasaw Community Bank completed the year 2020 with net income more than six-fold the projections – an incredible year of growth amid unprecedented volatility in the market and economy. Prior to leading the bank, T.W. made history by becoming the youngest Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, as well as being the first Chickasaw and first African American to hold the post.
Luke is the Marketing Director at Global Call Forwarding, a leading provider of international business phone numbers. He works closely with the sales and marketing teams to help the company acquire corporate customers. He has worked at their Delray Beach Headquarters and also at their APAC Office in Bangkok, Thailand.
Alex Jarbo is a short-term rental developer and manager. He was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. He served in the Marine Corps for 4 ½ years where he was stationed in Washington DC apart of the Marine Corps Honor Guard. He left the Marine Corps at 22 years old to pursue his career as a real estate professional. He is the founder and CEO of Sargon Investments and he has a goal of developing 650 cabins in the next 3 years. Alex holds a MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Development and is currently finishing a Doctorate in Business with a concentration in Leadership. He is the host of the YouTube Channel Alex Builds where he teaches the ins and out of short-term development and management.

He has formerly worked in a corporate philanthropic capacity for companies such as Morgan Stanley and Toyota.
Through these professional titles, he gained experience supporting effective philanthropic strategy that increases social impact, external/internal engagement and nonprofit capacity building.
