Morley is the passionate Co-Founder and COO of Blue C, a California-based brand strategy and creative marketing agency. For over two decades, he has been helping companies across both B2B and B2C segments create brand strategies, campaign development, strategic design, content creation, and digital marketing strategies with the goal of outperforming the competition. Most recently, Morley led the Blue C team through the debut of its proprietary BrandPWR platform, a strategic branding process that helps brands more effectively connect with key audiences. BrandPWR is the accumulation of Morley and Blue C's tried-and-true branding practices - a platform which enables clients to BRAND BOLD and build the most solid foundation for enjoying sustainable, long-term results. To date, Eric and the Blue C team have supported over 12,000 marketing projects for clients, including 500+ rebrands and 1,000+ new company brand launches.
Erin started her career in television and worked for NBC in New York and was a producer on The Oprah Show. After Oprah's show ended she went back to school to become a therapist. She now has a private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she specializes in Leadership Stress, Anxiety & Depression in high functioning professionals, Transition to Parenting & Maternal Mental Health. Erin holds a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and is a fully licensed clinician (LMSW). Her unique background as a journalist, TV producer and social worker allows her to bring a blend of creativity, evidence-based training and passion to her work in wellbeing in the workplace.
Ellis is the founder of EllisHammond.com and an experienced real estate investor. He manages a private network of investors that focus on acquiring multifamily commercial real estate assets. He began syndicating real estate projects in 2018 with the goal of helping his friends and colleagues build wealth and create passive cashflow outside of Wall Street. Ellis is also the director of a local Christian non-profit focused on spiritual formation and leadership development for college students in San Diego, CA.
Mr. Ndjatou, a partner at McCree Ndjatou, PLLC, specializes in employment law representing primarily employees as well as small businesses and non-profits. Originally, from Cameroon and raised in New York City, Mr. Ndjatou earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Economics, from Brandeis University. He received his Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law. Mr. Ndjatou is a member of both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
Earl T. Murray III is the President & CEO of The Entrepreneur’s Accountants. The firm provides training and financial consulting services to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profits. Throughout his career, he has managed the financial operation of companies up to $5 Million in Gross Revenue Annually and has secured over $4M in funding for small businesses and non-profit organizations through contracts, grants, and individual giving. He has earned a Master of Arts in Financial Planning & Law from Regent University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia.

Emily is a passionate coach, podcast host, entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker! Eric has spent his career in entrepreneurial and leadership roles, including as chairman and CEO of Sensitech, a venture-backed business twice named to the Inc. 500 before being acquired by Carrier Corporation. Eric served as a CEO-partner with Ascent Ventures, as executive chairman of HubCast, and on the board of advisers of the Avedis Zildjian Company. His nonprofit work includes chairing the Gettysburg Foundation and the New England Historic Genealogical Society. He is co-author of "Food Foolish: The Hidden Connection Between Food Waste, Hunger, and Climate Change," and "King Philip's War: The History and Legacy of America's Forgotten Conflict," and author of "Weathermakers to the World." Eric is a graduate of Brown University and the Harvard Business School.
