For as long as the commercial internet has been around, CEO and co-founder of Healthy-Finds, Pete Meyer, has worked in the online marketing industry. In that time, Pete and his business partner Scott Black have generated over $100 million in online sales through their company, BCM Direct.Pete has poured his wealth of knowledge into Healthy-Finds with the vision of helping brands create and sustain customer relationships in a digitized world. Pete and his wife Elisabeth also have 5 wonderful children who keep him (almost!) as busy as his unwavering work ethic and commitment to innovation.

Career Change Agent and life coach Sara McArdle wasn’t born with an obvious “calling.” In fact, while she knew when she started working as a professional graphic designer that something was missing, she waited nearly 20 years to make a change. Today, she works one-on-one coaching women, she hosts workshops and events, and has her own podcast, called "Women Who Went for It," that features inspiring chats with successful career changers.

For 15 years, OptimumHQ founder and CEO Simon Chatfield owned a successful custom software development company that built custom software applications for global companies including Apple, ESPN, and American Express, plus hundreds of SMBs. He learned that big and small companies alike faced similar challenges. Business leaders just want software that truly solves their specific needs, and they don’t want all kinds of extra systems they don’t need. Pioneering the concept of dynamic data and company-specific workflows, Simon and his team created a new adaptive software platform to quickly build complex custom solutions without custom code, called OptimumHQ.

At 23, Rebecca was struggling with pre-diabetes and autoimmune disorders, and had to switch to a grain-free, plant-based, no-sugar diet to improve her health. After having a difficult time finding breakfast products she could eat, she created her own: Swapples, plant-based toaster waffles. Swapples are made from whole yuca root and 7 other real-food ingredients or less. Rebecca has grown Swapples to over 300 grocery retailers in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast, successfully launched e-commerce to ship directly, and seeks to continue growing the company nationwide.
