In his career he has been a global nomad, spending the last 20 years building, transforming, and leading sales teams around the world. This experience lead him to start Vendux and become the chief evangelist for interim and fractional sales leadership, helping to grow sales for SMEs.
Buwa Binitie is the CEO and Founder of Dumas Collective where he directs the acquisition, development, management, and financial activities of the firm. Under the development division Dantes Partners, Mr. Binitie obtained extensive tax credit financing experience (LIHTC, NMTC and HTC) and has closed on financing from nearly every public capital source available including HOME, HPTF, NSP, CDBG and NIF. Mr. Binitie maintains a narrow focus on creatively structuring deals that strive to address the need of his clients, community stakeholders as well as various government agency partners. By narrowly focusing on efficiently financing community development transactions, Mr. Binitie has been successful in adding value beyond the numbers. His career is underscored by a commitment to creating and preserving affordable and workforce housing. Since founding Dantes Partners, Mr. Binitie and the collective have closed nearly $1.6 billion of unconventional real estate transactions that utilize low-income tax credits, new market tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, and various other forms of alternative financing. Mr. Binitie is the former Chairman of DC Housing Finance Agency Board of Directors and a Board Member of DC Building Industry Association.
LuAnn Oliver is a Psychotherapist and founder of Heartswell, a holistic mental health practice group in Arlington, VA. She believes in a balanced approach to overcoming addiction, depression and anxiety that integrate mind and body. In addition to leading the practice group LuAnn raises her 3 young boys with her husband, Jeff. They enjoy camping, biking, skiing among other outdoor activities.
Reginald is the Founder of Thriving Life Coaching, their motto is "Every student needs a little TLC!" TLC is an academic readiness and life coaching service for middle school, high school and college students to maximize their full potential. The coaching helps students utilize time management, organization and study skills to do their best work. Ryder has 30 years of experience in working with secondary and postsecondary organizations as well as students from orientation to graduation via Zoom in California, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. He is a professor at Northern Virginia Community College teaching College Student Success and authored a book Passing the Baton A Guide and Memoir of College Success.
Juliana Cardona is the founder and CEO of Street Entrepreneurs. She is an inquisitive, passionate creator and organizer constantly working to drive action and local impact. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and a minor in Communications and Latin American Studies from Florida Southern College. While in college, she spent time volunteering with 20 grassroots organizations in Florida, Colorado, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Philippines, Taiwan, and Mexico. The service projects she undertook included installing solar bulbs in Manila with Liter of Light, and mentoring children in Lakeland FL with Big Brother Big Sister. Juliana has received multiple awards for her service, including a United States Congressional Bronze Certificate. As well, Juliana has also been honored by being named a Diana Davis Global Good Fund Fellow, Ford Motor Company Global Scholar, Aspen Latino Institute Fellow, and a Cologne Scholar. Prior to starting Street Entrepreneurs, Juliana collaborated with the World Bank Group’s Information Communications Technology Community of Practice for Agriculture to design and support the first Agri-Hackathon program in Uganda.

In 2018, Amplio hit $4M in revenue and placed over 800 refugees into jobs in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas and Raleigh. They aim to be in 25 markets by 2025 and plan to release a book this Fall on the economic impact of refugees in the marketplace entitled "Refugee Workforce."
