Morley is the passionate Co-Founder and COO of Blue C, a California-based brand strategy and creative marketing agency. Sharon Sobel is the owner of Picture This Video, a video production company in the metro DC area, which has been in business for over 20 years. Picture This Video develops creative video products and strategy to businesses and organizations by listening to their clients’ goals and respecting their budgets. With a background in all aspects of video production, they can not only see the big picture, but consider all the brushstrokes required to get there. They help their customers create authentic, engaging and targeted videos that get seen and deliver results.
Tara is Founder and Chairwoman of Impact Profit, which is a nonprofit dedicated to making entrepreneurship more accessible to Black Founders. Tara has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over a decade and founded Impact Profit to use her skillset to do some good in the world. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her Masters in Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University. She's a New Jersey native, but currently resides in Washington, DC.
Alexandra Isenegger is the CEO and co-founder of Linkilaw – the legal platform for startups and SMEs. At 21, Alexandra left her corporate law firm job, with a clear focus on marking legal work transparent and accessible to startups. From 2015 to 2017, Linkilaw pivoted from solely a legal marketplace to also becoming a legal platform for startups and SMEs. In 2017, Linkilaw acquired UK leading legal marketplace LawyerFair. This last year Linkilaw experienced 500% growth. Alex is also featured in Forbes 30 under 30. Her core strengths lie in legal, business strategy, implementing vision and culture in a team.

Alison Waldman is a movement artist and wellness educator in healthcare spaces. As the Founder and Lead Facilitator of Available Wellness she works with patients, providers, and industry leaders to incorporate creativity and community building into the culture of healthcare. She brings her expertise in trauma-informed facilitation to hospitals and clinics, leading engagements in mindfulness, yoga, dance and joy practice onsite. She recently helped design and launch two new projects: A wellness support telehealth platform for cancer patients; and a series of creativity workshops for caregivers to build emotional resilience and prevent burnout.
