I am a straight forward woman who gets stuff done and who is tired of the woo woo diet culture. I decided in order to change my life and understand what food works for my body I had to study it myself. With Sage Root Nutrition I hope to be the voice for those in the middle, not your body builder die hard and not your couch potato, but the woman that just wants to understand what food works for her and enjoy indulgences here and there. We all have an end point so it's time to sit up and live your life not based on anyone else but what works for the soul in your body. International Women's Club was created by Sonia Aujla, age 26 from the UK who aims to support women globally. Whether this be women who want to start their own business and are not too sure how to go forward with the idea or in terms of creating a new website for them and increasing their social media presence. It could also be for current business owners looking to gain more clients or for those who are in employment and need inspiration and motivation to connect with other like-minded women. Having lost her sister to suicide at the age of 18 and seeing women struggle with the confidence to unleash their potential throughout her life, completely flipped Sonia's world upside down. She wanted to know, what is it exactly hat makes people genuinely happy, successful and creatively fulfilled? Why do some people struggle while others find a way to thrive, often despite the most challenging circumstances?
Noelle McKenzie is the CEO and co-founder of Leading Edge Personal Trainers. Her own experience in rising from being the underdog to a collegiate track and field Division 1 athlete has given her the wisdom to help people tap into their limitless potential through a mind and body approach to fitness. Noelle helps clients embody fitness as a lifestyle transcending all areas of their life and not a means to an end. In 10 years she along with the help of her husband and business partner have built a network of 60 + clients both locally in NYC and online who despite having overly demanding careers and schedules have been able to master the balancing act of adhering to a consistent health regimen. This in turn has reshaped how they view themselves, enabling them to step into their true power and become the best version of themselves.
Jéri is an educator, writer, culture curator, and designer from Pittsburgh, but has called DC her second home since 2005. She has always loved accessories. She also always had a lot to say. Pinned Up allows her to put both of those passions together.

Yosira is a 15 year career Project Manager who aligned her transferable skills into her passion for connecting people through events. She is the owner of Events by Yosira, a boutique MD based event planning and design company. Through her company she takes pride in mapping the complete guest experience, organizing the flow of the day and paying attention to each unique detail that bring about memorable moments.
Adessa Barker is a practicing attorney, transformative speaker and wellbeing practitioner. Adessa teaches people and organizations how to create a culture of wellness that resonates with their values and strengths. Adessa conducts workshops and talks throughout the country and is a highly sought after speaker and coach. Adessa is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and went to high school and college in Washington, DC where she currently resides.
Mark has two degrees in chemistry and currently works as the Director of Training and Development at Anderson Investigative Associates. Prior to that he served as a Program Manager and Instructor for the Inspector General Criminal Investigator Academy and at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in the Behavioral Science Division. He has served as a Senior Special Agent for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Office of Investigations, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Additionally, he served as a Deputy Inspector General and Director of Internal Audit for the New York State Office of the Inspector General and as a forensic chemist for the New York State Police.
