Danielle Berman has dedicated her career to helping athletes understand their full potential. She believes that athletes should be supported as individuals with unique skills, passions and interests rather than a cog in the sports industry machine. That's why she founded Tackle What’s Next, where she serves as CEO, to provide athletes of all ages, sports and circumstance the opportunity to focus on creating impact and finding purpose in life after sports. Tackle What’s Next aims to provide athletes with a safe space to discuss the challenges and opportunities that come with transitioning out of sport, plus share important resources that can help.
Dom is a serial entrepreneur with a brand technology platform and has been in the digital marketing space very early on. I loved hearing how he talked about the pivots but one commonality is “impact” and how to make that impact within the organization. While the technologies and things in business will evolve and change, I liked that he focused on which is what doesn't change rather than trying to chase trends and predict what does change.
David Leonhardt runs THGM Writing services from rural Eastern Ontario. He spent many years in public relations and policy development learning how not to write. Now he leads a team of writers across North America, who serve primarily individuals and small businesses.
David Hamilton was a first generation college grad and started his career in Corporate Finance for Fortune 150 company. In his twenties, he became CFO for the company’s clinical trial organization and got his MBA from Harvard Business School. After his MBA he became CFO for his company’s two largest products and helped grow revenue by $1B in one year. This work helped ignite a passion for marketing and media and led to the founding of Oppilo, a digital marketing agency, focused on Small to Medium sized businesses and start-ups.
Darius Mirshahzadeh is a dad, husband, twin, brother, and son who was born and raised in California and now lives in Austin Texas. He is a serial entrepreneur, author, conscious capitalist, speaker and entertainer. Darius’s passion is to make the world a better place using his talents and engagement. Deborah Pretty a.k.a. (P.Y.) is the lady behind PYTalkBiz.com. Deborah has been a business owner for 40 years. She'd founded and started 5 businesses in 5 different industries.
Currently, she's running a property preservation business with their son Tae, which is what sparked her new business endeavor. Although Deborah ran a successful business, she found herself working 24/7. One day she worked all night; processing and invoicing work orders. She realized something had to change.
After a few simple changes, she increased their average bid invoice amount by 35%, reduced her working hours by more than 50%, hired a vendor manager and processor, and incorporated ACH services. Those simple cost-efficient changes dramatically improved productivity and profits.

He has an MA in Industrial Design from Sheffield University, and a BSc in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Manchester. In past lives Dan raced snowboards, jumped out of planes, and lived in the jungle.
