Pete Schramm grew up on a farm in Butler, PA. Studied mechanical engineering at college in DC. Played basketball and track then studied abroad in Hong Kong. While finishing his Masters, he started working at Lockheed Martin (defense contractor) and traveled around the world building systems and leading teams to keep our soldiers safe. He then worked at a smaller defense contractor; leading a team of 100 people building robots for the Army. He realized that his true purpose was connecting people and in March 2018, Pete decided to start a company around this. Pete has been working on Lattus full time since October 2020. As of Dec 2021, Lattus is working with 60+ organizations around the country and will be launching with the Army in early 2022!

Patrick Bryant is a co-founder of Code/+/Trust software development firm in Charleston, SC. After co-founding his first company, Go To Team (broadcast video services) and taking it to 20 offices around the US 25 years ago, his bio is then a steady stream of starting new companies in media, rolling papers, and software. As a serial entrepreneur, he continues to start and invest in new startups including, Teamphoria (human resource engagement software), Event.Gives (fundraising event software), ADesk (crew production directory software) & Shine Rolling Papers. Bryant feels strongly about making Charleston and South Carolina a better place to work as an Entrepreneur. He serves as a Trustee of Trident Tech, on the SC Department of Workforce & Employment Workforce Review Committee, chairs the Harbor Entrepreneur Center, and was previously Chairman of Palmetto Goodwill and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. He’s recognized as a Liberty Fellow by Wofford College, a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, and as a Riley Fellow granted by Furman University.

NoMan Hat Co. was founded by Raymond Metzger and Philip McNair after the two had a vision of expressing their creativity and love of art in the form of hat making. The two trained under a highly-skilled milliner in New York City before launching the company in October 2019. By trade, Ray is a Physical Therapist and Phil is an Engineer. The two are both close friends and brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
