Rita Kakati Shah is an award winning diversity, inclusion and career strategist, international speaker, and currently helms Uma - an International platform that empowers women looking to return to work, as well helps companies attract, retain and develop female talent in the workplace via diversity, inclusion and retention strategies. Rita started her career at Goldman Sachs in London where she was awarded the Excellence in Citizenship and Diversity Award during her 10 year career there. She is also a recipient of the King's College London Distinguished Alumni Award. Rita transitioned into the healthcare industry, relocated to New York City where she took an almost 4 year career hiatus to raise her two children and founded Uma in response to her personal journey. Rita is also a regularly invited speaker at various academic institutions, Fortune 500 companies as well as global diversity and inclusion forums, such as UNESCO in Paris, Woman Who Matters in Moscow, Women in Finance in London, Women in Politics in Los Angeles and High Water Women in New York.

Ronjini Joshua is the ceo and founder of The Silver Telegram a PR agency focused on brand awareness and media relations for technology companies. She has been in the PR industry for 17 years working at large agency's, as in-house PR and as the founder of her own agency. Ronjini is also the host of The PR Playbook Podcast, a podcast about everything you need to know about public relations as well as a contributor on Forbes and a speaker at industry events.

Rogers Healy was born to build, market and sell. Healy is the CEO and Owner of The Rogers Healy Companies, a brand that started in the real estate sector, and has grown into a handful of successful other divisions under the Rogers Healy name. Rogers’ real estate career launched in 2001, while an undergrad at Southern Methodist University. Rogers founded Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate in 2006 and turned it into one of the most successful independently owned real estate firms in the country. Outside of the office, Rogers surrounds himself with his wife, their dogs, and music.

Richard Medcalf describes himself as "what you get if you were to put a McKinsey consultant, a slightly unorthodox pastor and an entrepreneur into a blender". He's an executive coach & leadership consultant to some of the top CEOs on the planet and their leadership teams. Richard is bi-national English/French, lives near Paris, and is happily married and the proud father of two.
