Matt Bacon is a consultant, A&R man, and journalist specializing in the world of heavy metal. Having worked with everyone from glam rock icon Phil Collen of Def Leppard to black metal titans Enslaved by way of legendary thrashers Exhorder as well as labels including Prophecy Productions and Ripple Music he has dedicated his life to helping young bands develop. Having started his own blog at the age of 14 he views his career in artist development as 'a hobby that got out of hand'. In 2015 he formed Dropout Media in order to better support the artists he loves. We sit here now, years later with countless tours booked, records released and deals signed, and loving every minute of it.
Lewis Maleh is the founder and CEO of Bentley Lewis, a leading boutique executive search firm and host of Don’t take out your phone! Podcast. Lewis has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, and began his career working in the fashion and manufacturing sectors before moving into the executive search industry in 2006. His love of connecting with people has led him to a career in executive search and podcasting. When Lewis is not working, he loves spending time with his family, running, and doing Crossfit.

Stephanie Davis has been on the front-lines addressing issues of harassment and discrimination within organizations of all sizes for more than 20 years - both as an employment attorney in New York and since joining Employment Practices Solutions (EPS) in 2000. EPS collaborates with organizations nationwide to build respect through high-quality training, objective and unbiased complaint investigations, human resources and employment law expert testimony, and a wide range of human resources consulting services. In her role as a consultant, Stephanie delivered thousands of training sessions and investigated hundreds of workplace complaints of all kinds from sexual harassment to retaliation to bullying. Currently, Stephanie leads EPS as its President. She received her B.S. in Political Science from Barnard College and her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.

John Allen is a 27 years old graduate of Temple University. John launched his first major company Ivory Ella, an online apparel brand committed to selling good clothes for a good cause, in 2015 which has donated over $2mill dollars to various charities most notably Save The Elephants out of Samburu Kenya. John now runs an apparel manufacture company which is the only certified living wage apparel company in the world that supplies licensed goods to over 600 college and university bookstores across the country.
