Scott Petinga is a philanthropic serialpreneur who is using his businesses to help solve humanitarian needs. When he’s not busy saving the planet, Petinga disseminates his acquired wisdom, knowledge and experience in his recently released memories “No One Ever Drowned in Sweat: G.R.I.T. - The Stuff of Leaders and Champions” In addition, he’s the founder of two additional 501(c)(3) including the TH!NK DIFFERENT Foundation, The Center for Advocacy for Cancer of the Testes International (CACTI) and the Fairy Foundation. He lives in the Minneapolis metro area with his wife, spoiled dog and is also the father of three pretty amazing daughters.
Stephen Deason is Founder and CEO of The OPARasa Group, a Social Enterprise building worth in Recovery. Mr. Deason was previously CEO of GRYYT, a Socially Conscious MarTech firm, and has held C-level positions in three other technology companies. Stephen is an active volunteer who serves as a director on three nonprofit boards and on the advisory boards of two startup technology firms. Mr. Deason holds both an MBA and an MSc. in Accounting from Emory University, a BSc. in Mathematics from UAB, and is ABD-PhD in Business, also from Emory University’s Laney Graduate School.
It all started with three paintings for my own house; Biggie, Childish Gambino, and Drake. As people visited, requests for different rappers came in and my brand grew. When my friends started introducing me as, "This is sarah, she paints rappers" I knew I had found a fun niche and its what I've stuck to.
After college Sarah discovered yoga as a way to bring healing to herself and others. She explored different yoga specialties and trainings across the U.S. before settling on yoga and aerial yoga as part of her true calling. With over 8 years of traditional yoga, aerial yoga, and Thai massage experience under her belt in 2017 she opened Flying Buddha, a small aerial yoga home studio in Potomac, Maryland and grew her following through word of mouth. Sarah and this life changing practice quickly grew a community of passionate followers. Bolstered by this supportive community and her family, Sarah opened a full-blown commercial space in 2019. Today Flying Buddha Studio is a growing movement and wellness studio located in Gaithersburg, Maryland that includes the only aerial yoga, aerial arts, yoga rope wall, barre and soon to be bungee fitness programs in the area. Her passion is connecting with audiences around the world-particularly audiences looking for the magic in leadership.
Sue Reninger, Managing Partner and Client Brand Strategist at RMD Advertising, founded RMD Advertising in 1992. Since that time, Sue has been responsible for the strategy and direction of RMD’s clients. Today, she works closely with brands such as ParmCrisps, THINSTERS, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Southern Recipe Small Batch, Buckeye Vodka and more to develop new strategies that better connect the brand to consumers, and consumers to the brand.
Malloy Law Offices is a personal injury law firm here in the DMV area founded by managing partner, Seann Malloy. They help people injured in car accidents, work accidents, slip and fall accidents along with handling social security disability. Seann founded Malloy Law Offices in 2004 and has exponentially grown his business ever since. He hopes to break the stigma that lawyers are intimating by sharing legal advice that most lawyers don't take the time to share publicly.

Shane Daley has nearly two decades experience as a web developer, with a focus on search optimization and online marketing. He is a partner of Daley Professional Web Solutions and OnlineCandidate.com, which provides political campaign website solutions. He developed the Online Candidate content management system and is the author of the book, Running For Office As An Online Candidate.
