Within their growth ecosystem of women entrepreneurs and passionate allies, they intentionally foster a community of connection, collaboration, and inspiration. They infuse a mix of wellness, creativity, laughter, self-health, and kindness into their Rowgramming. In the last year, they offered over 200 workshops on professional, business, personal, well-being, and creative growth.

She’s the CEO and Co-founder of Fairygodboss, the largest career community for women to discover the hard-to-find intel on work-life balance, salary, maternity leave policies, and how companies treat women. Previously she ran the enterprise business at Dow Jones and was a Managing Director at Bloomberg Ventures. She is a graduate of Cornell and Stanford Universities.

She is currently based in Annapolis, Maryland.
Nahamani Yisrael is an Organizational Development Consultant and Senior Webmaster at Nahamani.org. She obtained her BSBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio before launching her Consulting and Communications firm. Nahamani is a certified Ice House Entrepreneurship Program facilitator. She was featured as Natural Woman Magazine Top Ten Women of The Year 2017 and 100 Wise Women of Cincinnati in 2018. Nahamani serves on the Board of Directors for Bethany House Services and is active in the West End community.
