Kasra is the CEO and Co-founder of Mintor, a platform connecting entrepreneurs, matching them based on experiences, needs, and personality, to build sustainable relationships. Kasra shares his experiences of networking in his upcoming book, "Askholes: How to Give First and Network Later to Create Lifelong, Valuable Relationships". Additionally, Kasra is the Baton Rouge Chapter Director of Startup Grind. He excels in the areas operations, customer success, and strategy development and execution.
With more than 25 years experience in nonprofit and corporate communications, Karen Bate, Founder and CEO of KB Concepts P.R., rebrands companies and nonprofits; positions organizations to achieve their objectives; garners key media placements; and harnesses digital marketing and social media tools to tell her clients’ stories and inspire others to support them. Kari Warberg Block, an unlikely disruptor, challenged an industry that by its very nature is toxic. As the Founder & CEO of EarthKind, Kari discovered that 98% of pest control solutions sold were poison & kill methods – so she set out to invent a better solution: plant-based pest control powered by nature. Kari was the first to develop, manufacture, and commercialize poison-free rodent and insect repellents for farm and home use, with a mission to build a purpose led company to create change through business. Once a mom on food stamps Kari started EarthKind with nothing more than a package of garden seeds and a vision, and has built it into $20 million company. Kari was selected as an Ernst & Young “Entrepreneurial Winning Women,” and has gone from being a part of her local homemakers club to advising the SBA, Congress and the White House on policy that impacts women in business. KADE is a musical artist-entrepreneur, electronic music producer, session drummer and educator, and is one half of the rising Asian-Canadian EDM duo "Alex Kade". To describe Alex Kade in a nutshell - they're two Asians making you rave, and you can still enjoy their EDM show even if you forget to bring your drugs. Since debuting this project in July of 2020, KADE has been rapidly building a name for himself and Alex Kade during the COVID pandemic with a quickly growing list of artists he's worked with, including Emily Vu, Tray Little, Cayley Spivey, and Double A-Ron.
Kara Simon founded Loving Heart Holistic Wellness in 2016 in Bedford, Indiana. Currently located in Arlington, VA, Loving Heart Holistic Wellness practices Mindfulness, Meditation, Reiki, personalized Yoga and weekly Yoga classes, Emotional Freedom Technique, Sound Healing, and other healing services. Kara believes in compassion and sustainability, and provides classes and services that are trauma informed, and accessible to all. She is passionate about promoting resilience, nourishment, and enrichment for your Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Kristina runs two companies, SoCu - a digital marketing agency, and LOHM, a natural skincare line. She is also a professor at both NYU and the University of Florida.
