Pete Schramm grew up on a farm in Butler, PA. Studied mechanical engineering at college in DC. Played basketball and track then studied abroad in Hong Kong. While finishing his Masters, he started working at Lockheed Martin (defense contractor) and traveled around the world building systems and leading teams to keep our soldiers safe. He then worked at a smaller defense contractor; leading a team of 100 people building robots for the Army. He realized that his true purpose was connecting people and in March 2018, Pete decided to start a company around this. Pete has been working on Lattus full time since October 2020. As of Dec 2021, Lattus is working with 60+ organizations around the country and will be launching with the Army in early 2022!

Patrick is a venture capitalist and the author of Fear of Missing Out: Practical Decision-Making in a World of Overwhelming Choice. Patrick coined the term FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), as well as the related term FOBO (Fear of a Better Option) in a 2004 article in the student newspaper of Harvard Business School. FOMO has since been added to the dictionary and FOBO has become an increasingly popular framework to describe choice paralysis. He has been featured in The New York Times, Politico, The Financial Times, The Guardian, and Inc, and gave a popular 2019 TED Talk on FOBO and decision-making that has surpassed 1.5 million views. Philipp has over 10 years of experience in investor backed startups and as a founder.
Pam Hill, founder and CEO of My Smart Cousin, is a real estate investor who owns 25 properties and 31 units, all purchased for the price of a car, and in some cases, a bicycle, at $2,500 to $35,000. Pam began her real estate investment career ten years ago during the Great Recession, as a side hustle while working as an executive at an electric utility company. Since then Pam has become the ‘Smart Cousin’ to everyone in her family with personal finance and real estate advice, as well as a real estate investment coach, teaching others how to buy their first or 101st property for the price of a car. Pam received her Bachelors degree from Dartmouth College and her Masters degree from Harvard University. Pam coaches her clients in English, Spanish, and Mandarin, Chinese when required, as a graduate of Johns Hopkins’ Chinese studies program in Nanjing, China.
