Michael James Niner is the CEO of Blue Raven, Incorporated, which is considered by many as the top Executive Protection & Security Services company in the D.C. Metro area. He also currently serves as the Personal Protection Specialist Advisor to the Virginia CJSB (Criminal Justice Services Board).
Morgan Hurley is the Marketing and Beverage Director for local restaurant group, Mex 1 Coastal Cantina, in Charleston, South Carolina a local favorite serving craveable tacos and killer margaritas in a relaxed, SoCal vibe surf bar. Morgan grew up in the Food and Beverage trade eventually getting a dream job at a high volume beach front bar on Folly Beach where he honed his mixology skills winning him a few awards. His love for craft cocktails and Tequila lead him to helping open Mex 1 Coastal Cantina and developing the cocktail program, the brand and also becoming a Tequila expert along the way hosting seminars about everything Tequila. As the company grew, so did Morgan's knowledge base eventually working his way to Marketing and Beverage Director where they have won countless awards from Best Margarita and Best Mexican to throwing show stopping events like their annual Snowboard Rail Jam and Cinco De Mayo Bash.

Michelle Pellizzon is the founder of Holisticism, a wellness-tech company providing affordable, accessible holistic wellness care. A former professional dancer-turned-tech founder, she started Holisticism after overcoming an epilepsy diagnosis at 17 using holistic medicine. After spending 6 years in Silicon Beach working at various startups like Thrive Market and Laurel & Wolf, Michelle started Holisticism as a passion project and has quickly grown it to a community of over 45k people.

Megan Yelaney is a business coach who specializes in helping online coaches get booked out with 1:1 clients and scale their businesses to six figures. She started in network marketing in 2011, building that business to six figures, and transitioned to her own health and fitness coaching in 2017, scaling that to six figures in 6 months. She has since gone full time into business coaching and has scaled that business to multiple six figures in 1.5 years. Megan specializes in client attraction utilizing social media marketing strategies as well as launch strategy to help her clients and students have a strategic plan to launch their programs profitably and in an organized and stress free way.
Melanie Aronson is the founder and CEO of Panion, a people-first community management platform helping organizations build more privacy, empathy and meaningful connection into online and offline communities. She has a bachelors in anthropology from Columbia University and a masters in documentary filmmaking from the School of Visuals Arts in NYC. She is also a Fulbright recipient. Melanie worked in sales for Apple for almost 3 years and for more than 10 years as a freelance filmmaker, photographer and designer. Melanie has lived an international life, residing in NYC, Spain, Italy, Sweden and now in Portugal.
