Dr. Shara Posner is a practicing chiropractor in the DMV area. She is the owner of a holistic healthcare center incorporating Acupuncture, Massage, and Chiropractic for functional whole body healing. Back To Health Center is located in Old Town Alexandria Virginia and has been serving the community for over 15 years. Dr. Shara has a Masters in Nutrition and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Utilizing her love for fitness, certification in Pediatrics and Maternal chiropractic health, Dr Shara has a unique and comprehensive approach for all ages and demographics.

After college Sarah discovered yoga as a way to bring healing to herself and others. She explored different yoga specialties and trainings across the U.S. before settling on yoga and aerial yoga as part of her true calling. With over 8 years of traditional yoga, aerial yoga, and Thai massage experience under her belt in 2017 she opened Flying Buddha, a small aerial yoga home studio in Potomac, Maryland and grew her following through word of mouth. Sarah and this life changing practice quickly grew a community of passionate followers. Bolstered by this supportive community and her family, Sarah opened a full-blown commercial space in 2019. Today Flying Buddha Studio is a growing movement and wellness studio located in Gaithersburg, Maryland that includes the only aerial yoga, aerial arts, yoga rope wall, barre and soon to be bungee fitness programs in the area. Sara Abate Rez is the Branding and Commucations Director at Ambience Design Group and the Founder of My Personal Brand and the Work/Life Balance project. Sara is passionate about design, communication, laughter and people. Her Bachelor of Design degree and 15 years working as a brand strategist and designer for various brands has led her to where she is today. She currently runs an interior design blog and creates DIY design solutions through AmbienceExpress.com. She writes for her personal blog on branding and work/life balance and works with entrepreneurs who wish to build their personal brands online so they can create a business and life they love.
For 15 years, OptimumHQ founder and CEO Simon Chatfield owned a successful custom software development company that built custom software applications for global companies including Apple, ESPN, and American Express, plus hundreds of SMBs. He learned that big and small companies alike faced similar challenges. Business leaders just want software that truly solves their specific needs, and they don’t want all kinds of extra systems they don’t need. Summer Shine found her calling when she had just six months sober from a life long addiction to drugs and alcohol; a juice bar. Luna Juice Bar in Waco, TX had humble beginnings with low start up capitol and one employee. Shine worked hard to turn her small business into a thriving food truck located at Magnolia Silo's, a hip store front on Austin Ave and over half a million dollars in sale last year. She now employees women in the early stages of recovery. In 2015, she and her husband, Ronnie started a recovery house for women in Waco and now serve between 25-30 women annually. Shine is the mother to her best friend and road dog, 21 year-old, Haigon.
It all started with three paintings for my own house; Biggie, Childish Gambino, and Drake. As people visited, requests for different rappers came in and my brand grew. When my friends started introducing me as, "This is sarah, she paints rappers" I knew I had found a fun niche and its what I've stuck to.
Shona is a Christian, philanthropic certified public accountant, evolved to an entrepreneur, real estate investor, wife and mom. Her passion is using her gifts to help individuals and business owners accelerate their financial mindset and business goals. She has worked for the top Public Accounting firms in corporate America, with nonprofits, for herself and also coached many people in starting their own entrepreneurship journeys. I am currently the founder and owner of a financial coaching and CPA firm and will be launching a Financial Mindset Bootcamp, tax strategy eBooks and a host of other products in the near future.
