Lauren Wolf is a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Founder of Lolo Lullaby, and mom of 2 living in New York City. She specializes in helping develop healthy, developmentally appropriate sleep patterns in children ages 4 months to 6 years. Her goal is always to help parents achieve the skills, knowledge and support to empower long term positive outcomes. Though based in NYC, she is able to provide her services to families across the country through Skype, phone calls, and email.
Dr. Melissa Briggs-Phillips is a Clinical Psychologist with a non traditional career path. After completing her PhD she spent years serving as Project Director, Executive Director and Chief-of-Staff in various settings. She never stopped teaching as an adjunct professor, and maintained a part time commitment to clinical work. In 2014 she decided to blend her diverse background (managing people, teams, budgets with her therapist self) and launched Next Generation Behavioral Health. She is an Executive Therapist that works with leaders on their internal worlds to they can show up as their best selves in their professional roles. Her teaching these days is speaking and presenting at conferences, with the hopes that people leave thinking about something from a new angle, and action items to use immediately in their lives.
Kate is a Chicago-based Yoga and Meditation instructor, specializing in helping women on the fertility journey find focus, clarity, and connection. After teaching for many years in traditional studios, Kate felt called to serve the communities that have impacted her life in a profound way. She now practices Trauma-Informed Care, and specializes in the areas of Women’s Wellness and Recovery. Kate studied mindfulness at Chicago State University and completed her 100 hour Meditation teacher training at Chill Meditation Center, in Chicago.
