Dr. Jim Etter served 22 years in the United States Marine Corps where he had a tour in Viet Nam, two Purple Hearts and served as a Naval Flight Officer, Top Gun Graduate, Naval War College Graduate and served as the Operations Officer of a Marine Fighter Squadron. After he retired from the US Marine Corps as a Major, Jim went on to found American Military University and American Public University, a leader in online education with over 90,000 active students. Jim acquired the 40 year-old Citizens High School in 2017 and has expanded it from a correspondence school to one of the leading online global high schools offering more than 300 online courses with students throughout the US and over 43 countries. He recently launched the High School FLEX Diploma program which puts the student in charge of tailoring their High School diploma for their after High School success.
Jennifer Hancock is a mom, author of The Bully Vaccine, and founder of Humanist Learning Systems. Her professional background is varied including stints in both the for profit and non-profit sectors. She has served as Director of Volunteer Services for the Los Angeles SPCA, sold international franchise licenses for a biotech firm, was the Manager of Acquisition Group Information for a ½ billion dollar company and served as the executive director for the Humanists of Florida. Her speaking and teaching business coalesced into the founding of Humanist Learning Systems which provides online personal and professional development training in humanistic business management and science based harassment training that actually works.
Graduate of Winthrop University with bachelors in Political Science, Economic, and Social Science. Started out as a bookkeeper for my father's recycle bumper-cover business; which, is now 6 figures with projections of 7 within the next 1-2 years. Learned more about accounting and finance while working at an investment firm ran by foreign investors who invested in the federal government through the EB 5 program. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and have been in business for myself since 2018! My goal is to help small business owners and entrepreneurs build a recession-proof business while financial strategizing multiple business endeavors.

He then moved to the USA to get his MBA from UT Austin and decided to permanently move to Canada in 2005. Javier has built a stable and happy life in Toronto until he turned 50. He then decided it was time to reinvent himself and fulfill a life-long dream of becoming an entrepreneur. In 2015 Javier partnered up with a Mental Health expert and they both founded The House of Purpose to help employees put their emotions to work.
James is the founder of TheAdvisorCoach.com and he is dedicated to helping financial advisors get more clients. He's best known for his email marketing program, "Appointments On Autopilot", which shows financial advisors how to leverage email marketing to set appointments with prospects. James is also the host of the "Financial Advisor Marketing" podcast, which releases new episodes every Monday morning.
