At the heart of entrepreneurship in business, I think it's all around this idea of problem solving. You have a specific problem, a clear need, and you have a very focused solution.

At the heart of entrepreneurship and business, I think it's all around this idea of problem solving. You have a specific problem, a clear need, and you have a very focused solution. In episode number 33 with Dr. Jacqueline Darna, Dr. Nomo Naja. I spoke with her. She's an entrepreneur, an inventor, someone who created a nausea remedy product that has now been distributed globally. What really stood out for me was how a focused solution can scale far beyond its actual original intent. Think about it. You don't try to necessarily solve all the things. You solve one problem, you solve it really, really well. For builders that are working in the business on an everyday basis, it's something that is a powerful lesson, especially as an entrepreneur you often will see one opportunity and then you start to see them everywhere. You start to see like, hey, that could be created, that could be built. But what you really want to do is lean into the thing that you really want to create to solve a solution, to solve a problem and create that solution. Clarity eats complexity for breakfast. When your solution is clear, easy follows. It's easier to communicate, easier to adopt, and easier to scale. Scale after that. Here's the real takeaway. Specificity creates scalability. The more you clearly solve a problem, the easier it is for others to understand its value. This connects naturally to the offering or product or service pillar, building solutions that directly address real needs. And here's something that you should potentially consider. What problem do I solve so clearly and cleanly that people immediately understand its value? That's it. That clarity is going to drive your growth and opportunity. We had a phenomenal conversation. We talked around many different things. Everything from product development, innovation, how focused solutions can actually create global impact. But the big thing to really remember is that the more we lean into the quote, unquote, small things, they're not small at all, but they're huge things. So what small problem do you solve and how do you solve that? And you can repeat it over and over again. That's how you make an impact.
