I can do this myself. But in reality, it's that secret sauce that they can't do. And that's where you come in. If you're building something meaningful, you're in the right place. Imagine this. You're creating content, showing up consistently, posting value, and still not seeing the clients roll in. I know that can be very frustrating. Now, let me break down for you what is probably happening. You're teaching people how to DIY it. How to do it themselves, instead of. Showing them why they need you to do it for them. It's a subtle difference, but it absolutely changes everything. I often ask people on the podcast. What is your secret sauce? The secret sauce is a thing that if you give away the blueprint, the entire blueprint, it makes people think, great. I can do this myself. But in reality, it's that secret sauce that they can't do. And that's where you come in when you teach people the why, the strategy, the frameworks, but not the exact execution. People think, I get it now, but I need hope actually doing this. And that's the shift your content should build authority, create demand, not replace the need for your services. Show people the map. Not every single step along the way. Educate them enough to understand the value, but not so much that they don't need you anymore. Or sometimes when you truly educate somebody and you tell them around all the. Steps, they realize that hey, I don't. Want to do this because I want. To save the time or I want. To invest the money or I don't know all the things. So let me find an expert that can do that. As I always like to say, you. Are a media company, but you're not free university. Know the difference and your content starts converting.
