You've got to stay focused. I think it's really easy to get distracted by the shiny objects and all the new things that are being thrown your way.

You've got to stay focused and play to your personal strengths. The other thing is, I think a lot of success is learning when to say no, and it ties into the focus. I think some of the most successful people know what they're good at. They know what their strengths are. They know what their mission vision values are and you stay on strategy.
