Meg Wheeler is the Co-Founder and CEO of One For Women, an online platform, community and marketplace, to provide women with the resources, support, and guidance to be champions of women. She is the hostess of One For Womenkind, a weekly podcast featuring intimate conversations on the power of small gestures and how we can use kindness and compassion to show up and support women. Marcia Moran has written over fifty business plans and helped entrepreneurs strategize over how to differentiate their companies in changing environments. Her twenty-plus years of experience helping other entrepreneurs caused her to found her own firm, Performance Architect, in 2012 and co-founded Positive Business DC that same year. After suffering a major stroke in 2014, Marcia applied her skills in planning and strategy as she strived to become whole. Over time she learned to walk again, but Marcia struggled with aphasia, a language disorder. She joined Toastmasters International hoping to regain her speaking abilities, and it helped some, but in August 2017 she discovered a technological breakthrough that minimized her speaking disability. Melissa Gruhin is the Founder of Two Halves, a custom-tailored strategic marketing agency for both brands and freelancers. Melissa has a decade of experience in branded, scripted, stand-up entertainment and digital media marketing. Her past roles have been at Buzzfeed, FOX, and Netflix, among others. After almost three years as a Brand + Content Strategy Consultant, Melissa experienced firsthand just how difficult it can be on your own in the world of freelancing and sought out every community and collective she could to support her on her journey to success as a solopreneur. Honing her skills in strategic storytelling and combining her mission of creating space where both clients and freelancers feel seen, heard, and most importantly, supported, Two Halves was born.

Mike Wittenstein is a serial entrepreneur and CEO is the professional services space. He started his first consultancy while still in grad school, launched GALILEO, one of the world's first digital agencies in 1992, joined IBM global services in the role of eVisionary, then founded StoryMiners, one of the world's first customer experience design consultancies in 2002. He's worked with global brands, regional leaders, and start-ups as an advisor, board member, consultant, and facilitator. Mike's businesses always support his clients' desired outcomes.
