Hello, hello, hello. This is Gresh from the I AM CEO Podcast. And this is a special episode of our I AM CEO Podcast.
And this is actually going to be a snippet of a snippet, so to speak. I'm just doing an intro because I've been starting to document my journey into starting what is now called Blue Star Franchise.
We're also going to do a kind of sub site within CB Nation called Franchise CEO. So you'll see some links in the show notes related to that.
But just wanted to give you a little bit more insight, give you a little bit more color in some of the aspects of why I'm actually doing this.
Because one of the things I was doing as I was going through training to start up this new business was realizing and hearing from the founder of FBA, the Franchise Brokers Association, that it'd be really cool to document your journey going through and building this out.
I think it's something that would be super helpful, obviously for people that are looking for and thinking about starting franchises.
But frankly, if you're starting anything, any type of business, I think it's really cool to kind of just even see the journey and how it's been going from there.
So I'm going to share a few of those snippets from the, from the first couple of videos that have been created.
But definitely, of course, subscribe to our YouTube, check out a lot more where I figure out exactly where we're going to post this.
So I'll have that information that's available to you. But regardless, if you're a builder, continue to keep building, continue to do your thing.
The world definitely needs exactly what you're trying to build and needs you to be your unique self.
So make sure to run your own race, because nobody can run your race like you. This is Gresh signing out. I hope you have a phenomenal rest of the day.
Today's day 58 of the Franchise Broker journey. Where I'm at is kind of like where I was yesterday.
It's kind of just a slow period, but it's a good time for planning. So I'm also trying to get my planning forward next year.
So I have my son, my bonus son, known him since four. So from zero to four it's all going to be new and you could probably even push that back to zero to like five or six honestly.
So excited about all the things excited about you know the new beginnings that we have starting up.
But also maintaining those things that have concluded so Leads wise, Google Ads has not been as effective as I would like.
So that's one thing. And just continuing to kind of see what works. I think having that experimental nature is going to be really, really big.

So I'm trying to approach it as far as like an A-B testing. So we try to see what's working, what's not, and then just kind of go from there.
So far, like interested enough, organic search has, I think, paid more dividends from what I've seen, but it's been very specific search.
So basically when people are looking for, vending has been good as far as like getting some packs and some calls, but that's all been organically.
So I think the other thing that I probably want to look into that I see that there's a lot of inquiries about is trying to decide on a specific brand and doing, I'm going to add a campaign around that.
I think that's going to be another really big thing. From what I can see, I see like actual brands, doing those things.
So that's something that seems to have peaked a lot of inquiries and interest. And I think that that's something that's going to be really good.
But again, it's just experimenting, continue to experiment, find out why, when things working and when things not working, and then ultimately kind of go from there.
So we'll see what happens. And we'll see, ultimately like what, and what are those results.
And I think that's something that is exciting, exciting to test out to see what works, exciting to test out to see what doesn't work. And then once we kind of go from there.
